Hi! I’m Molly, a registered Nutritional Therapist.

I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. With a focus on long-lasting transformations, I offer personalised guidance to clients from various backgrounds, addressing concerns such as:

I take a food-first approach, optimising the diet to support an individual’s needs and provide what creates balance. By incorporating lifestyle modifications and implementing a targeted nutritional supplement routine, my aim is to support you to restore balance and vitality.

I also offer a range of functional testing options which can unveil hidden imbalances and genetic factors which may be impacting your wellbeing & a barrier to wellness.

I currently offer 1-2-1 online sessions and pop-up in person clinics. Alongside my clinical practice, I collaborate with organisations, designing bespoke education and support packages for employees, as well as retreats and workshops in collaboration with fellow wellness practitioners.
